Plan

The strategy document provides an insight into understanding the process and procedure and direction for formulation of  QA plan for operational and tactical. The QA Management team identifies Project Management team to carry out the task of preparing a plan for the entire project based on Cliental requirements. The plan would essentially contain the following:

-         The business understanding

-         The current QA system architecture medication requirement

-         Onsite/offshore communication plan

-         High level resource plan

-         Review methods and plan

-         High level QA Project Management Plan based on SDLC process of client – Waterfall, Iterative, Scrum what ever that suits the actual development process.

-         QA methods and practices be followed during testing

-         Acceptance of Sanity/Regression/Automation and other testing methods

-         QA milestones and deliverables

-         Training needs

-         Defect Management procedures etc

Implement

Based on QA Plan, manpower hiring with client acceptance, creation of staging environment or the QA system architecture as envisaged in the plan, actual on the job performance on defect management, interactions between Project teams and QA teams, Review cycles, preparation of Defect Execution Report, Development of framework for automation if envisaged in the plan and utilization of automation tools, deployment process etc

Innovation is the key to success of validation and verification objectives. At every stage the learning lessons are recorded and new findings will be incorporated as an iterative process during the project execution. This will assist in meeting and exceeding the customer expectations  QA Program Management will assist with experienced staff  by additionally providing expert advise.
